Harry Sherriff is a writer-director based in London.

He is a graduate of the prestigious Directing Fiction course at the National Film & Television School, where he was awarded a BAFTA and Warner Bros. Scholarship.

His work has been funded by Creative England as well as the BFI and has screened at Oscar and BAFTA-Qualifying festivals.

Harry’s first two films at the NFTS; Date With Death and Jeremy: A Nightmare have played BIFA, BAFTA and OSCAR-Qualifying festivals, with the latter winning Best Postgraduate film at Bolton Film Festival. 

His graduate film, Jester, about a depressed Jester who goes on a quest through plague-ridden England, stars Adrian Schiller (The Last Kingdom) and Carly-Sophia Davies (The Eternal Daughter). The short had its World Premiere at Palm Springs Shortfest.

Harry’s debut feature film, MISPER, will premiere at the Edinburgh International Film Festival in August 2025.

He is a member of Directors UK and is currently mentored by Will Sharpe.
